Covid Protocols

The Richmond Tour Guys places your and our guides health as a top priority, and we have put special measures in place to keep all guests throughout the activity.

• Personal Sanitized Receivers – We have acquired special listening packs and earpieces that will allow you to hear the guides’ narration while maintaining social distancing. These will be provided at the beginning of each tour and are freshly sanitized between each use.
• Face Masks – Virginia currently has a mask ordinance requiring everyone to wear a mask covering the nose and mouth when in a public place or outdoors within 6 feet of another. In addition, some of our stops, when on their property require a face mask, no bandanas, scarves, or gators are permitted. If you need a mask, we will provide one for your use.
• Social Distancing – All guests must follow social distancing guidelines allowing 6-foot space between parties and from the guide.
• Waiver – We, as well as the Commonwealth of Virginia, require all customers to sign a waiver that states they are healthy and have not exhibited any signs of illness (COVID-19) in the last 14 days.
• Wellness Checks – Tour guides report daily that they are healthy and symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour.
