NEW Sanitized Personal Listening Devices for Guests
We are pleased to announce a “new-to-Richmond” method of delivering walking tours, using small sanitized, “Listening Packs,” worn with a neck lanyard. These receivers, together with sealed personal single-use earphones enable listening to the tour guides’ narration throughout the tour. This allows for social distancing among families and others.

Downtown Tour Policies:
Tickets are required. A minimum of 2 Adults is necessary to conduct the tour. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the tour to check in, receive your sanitized listening pack and personal earphones and gather your group (if this applies.)

We use a ticketless reservation system and all you’ll need is your name and confirmation at check in. If guests are late to the beginning of the tour, their place may be released and given to another party at time of departure.

SPECIAL NOTE: Concealed weapons, with or without a permit, are NOT permitted on Capitol Square. Please leave weapons behind.

Cancellation Policies:
If we have fewer than 2 adults registered for a tour, we may cancel. We try to make this decision at least 2 hours before departure time. All guests will be notified of any cancellations via text and/or phone. For this reason, please make sure that you have provided us with a phone number to reach you on the day of your tour.
