PRIVATE TOURS

For individuals or small groups from 1 to 8 guests, our Private Tours are based on one of our established Walking Tours and may begin between 9 am and 6:30 pm, or as arranged in the off-season. 

Pricing:        

1 or 2 Adults   $100 plus gratuity

3 to 4 Adults   $140 plus gratuity

5 to 6 Adults   $210 plus gratuity

7 to 8 Adults   $280 plus gratuity 

A 50% Deposit will be required to confirm booking for tours more than two weeks out from departures. Full fee is required to confirm booking within 14 days of departure.

GROUP TOURS

Designed for groups of 9 to 28 people. Over 14 guests requires splitting the group in two, with separate guides conducting a slightly staggered tour. Our Group Tours are based on one of our established Walking Tours and may begin between 9 am and 6:30 pm, or as arranged in the off-season.

Quoted at time of request. A 50% Deposit will be required to confirm booking for a tour more than two weeks out from departure. Full fee is required to confirm booking within 14 days of departure.

Custom Tours

Our Custom Tours delve deeply into the sights and times that are uniquely Richmond. We design these tours combining elements of our four tours to create a one-of-a-kind, singular experience for your group. These tours last from 2 to 3 hours. 

Pricing:

Custom Tours vary greatly, involving complexity, number of guests and length of tour. For this reason, a quote will be provided after submitting a tour request.

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

A deposit of half the total balance of the Tour is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation and will guarantee that your Tour will run at the agreed upon departure time, date, and location. 

The remaining balance after deposit will be due on the day and before the beginning of the tour. 

Scheduling changes or cancellations made within 30 days of your Tour date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If you make scheduling changes or cancel outside of 30 days of your Tour date, we will return your entire deposit or transfer your deposit to the new agreed upon date.  

A Tour scheduled within 14 days of the Tour date will require the entire amount due be paid at the time of booking. Any cancellations or scheduling changes requested will result in the forfeiture of the total amount.  

We take cash, check, Paypal or Venmo payment only. Rates are subject to change without notice. 

STEP-ON TOURS

With our knowledge of the Richmond area, we can provide step-on bus tours in your mini-buses to motor coaches for overall Richmond tours of 90 minutes to 2.5 hours. If desired, we can provide a combination riding/walking 3-hour tour. In Richmond, we are your Local Guide.
